A Camino de Santiago ground operator you can trust

We are a local travel agency based in Palas de Rei, right on the Camino Francés. We run every stage ourselves: accommodation, luggage, transfers and assistance, so your proposal arrives complete and free of surprises.

  • Net rates or commission

We work with net rates or with commission applied as a discount on the retail price, whichever suits your agency best. Conditions are agreed at sign-up, with no mandatory minimum volume.

  • Our own operations on the ground

Luggage transport between stages, transfers to airports and stations, and a local team on the Camino itself, ready to solve any issue while your client is walking.

  • One point of contact

From the first enquiry to the traveler's return, you have a single contact at Ourway: proposal, documentation, pilgrim credential and 24/7 on-the-ground assistance.

Camino de Santiago supplier for travel agencies

Everything you need to sell the Camino de Santiago without running the operation yourself: accommodation, logistics, groups, documentation and net or commission billing.

  • Contracted accommodation

Over 300 partner accommodations across every route: charming hotels, rural houses and albergues, selected and visited by our team along the Camino Francés and the other routes.

  • Our own luggage transport

An in-house luggage transport service between stages, with no third parties involved, picking up and delivering bags every morning at the origin and destination accommodation.

  • Transfers

Transfers to and from airports, train and bus stations, and between stages whenever the itinerary requires it, coordinated by our own team on the ground.

  • Groups

We organise groups for schools, parishes, companies and associations, with logistics adapted to the number of pilgrims, fixed dates and a single operations contact.

  • Tailor-made itineraries

We design bespoke proposals by stage, pace, accommodation type and budget, so you can offer every client a Camino built around what they are looking for.

  • 24/7 assistance on the ground

A local team available day and night while your clients are walking, ready to solve accommodation, health or transport issues without you having to step in.

  • Documentation and pilgrim credential

We prepare each client's travel documents and pilgrim credential, with the information for every stage ready to hand over before departure.

  • Net billing, commission and white label

We invoice net or apply your commission as a discount on the retail price, and we offer a white-label option so documentation carries your agency's branding.

How we work with you

A process built for agencies: quick sign-up, a fast proposal, and an operation you never have to touch again until your client's booking is confirmed.

  1. Register

Sign up for free in the agency portal. We review your licence and activity and activate your access within 24-72 working hours.

  2. Request a quote

From the portal, tell us the route, dates, number of travelers and accommodation type. That's all we need to get started.

  3. Get your day-by-day proposal

Within 24-48 hours we send a detailed stage-by-stage itinerary, with a net price or a retail price with your commission already applied.

  4. We confirm and operate

Once confirmed, we prepare documentation and the credential, and take care of luggage, transfers and 24/7 assistance through the last day.

Your agency portal, always within reach

One place to request proposals, track your requests and download the sales material you need to sell the Camino.

Frequently asked questions

The questions agencies ask us most before signing up as a Camino de Santiago partner.

Still have questions? Write to us and we'll reply within 24 working hours. [email protected]

Do you work with net rates or commission?

Both are available. You can work with a net price and set your own margin, or with commission, automatically deducted from the retail price on each proposal. This is agreed at sign-up and can be reviewed based on your agency's volume with us.

Is there a minimum booking volume?

No, we don't require a minimum volume to work together. We onboard agencies that send one booking a year and tour operators with regular departures, with the same attention on every proposal.

How long does it take to get a proposal?

Between 24 and 48 working hours from the moment we receive your request in the portal, with route, dates and traveler numbers. Groups or highly bespoke itineraries may take a little longer.

What languages do you work in?

Our team works in Spanish, English, French, German, Italian and Portuguese, both for sales and for assisting travelers on the Camino.

What happens if a client cancels or changes dates?

Each proposal includes its own cancellation and change conditions, which depend on the accommodations booked in that case. We handle any change directly with our partners on your behalf.

Who invoices the end traveler?

Your agency invoices your client however you prefer. Ourway invoices you: at net rate, or at the retail price with your commission already deducted, depending on what you agreed at sign-up.

Can you work with white labelling?

Yes. Travel documents and the credential can be prepared under your agency's branding instead of ours, so your client experiences an end-to-end trip with you.

Do you organise groups and tailor-made trips?

Yes, it's a regular part of our work: schools, parishes, companies and groups of friends, as well as individual itineraries designed around stages, pace and accommodation type.
